It looked like it had a cigarette burn in it. I contacted the company and was informed that I would have another one shipped out in 1-2 weeks of receiving the defective one! Are you kidding me????? I see you have it in stock and it ships in 1-2 days, so why did it take so long to receive it and what will it take about a month to get a non defective one? I will not be ordering from you company again!!! AND I hope you post this so people will know how your company operates. After all, you do want people to read the reviews, not just the glowing ones.
