Scopes of this quality offering an illuminated reticle, parallax adjustment, quick focus eyepiece and ballistic reticle normally cost twice as much. It's hard to get all these features at this price.
Plus, this Burris has the usual wide field of view and wide range in variable power typical of higher end Burris scopes: 3-12x versus 3-9x for most competitors.
My complaints are minor.
While Burris advises the range markings on the parallax adjustment knob cannot be accurate under all conditions for all shooters, I found they were much further off than was the case for other brands of scopes.
The light control on my example turned rather easily, making it likely it could be turned on by accident and not noticed.
These concerns, however, are of little consequence when compared to the features this scope offers at this price. I will be ordering another soon.
Pros: Does everything, dependable, quality optics
Cons: Nothing important
