Disappointed at best - Burris Eliminator III LaserScope 4-16x50mm Rifle Scope, 1 in Tube, Second Focal Plane (SFP)

Bought this optic 6 weeks ago. Just able to get to the range. One hour and a box of 300 wsm later, the scope is out of elevation adjustment and 7 inches low at 100 yds. Called Optics Planet and was told it was after 30 days and they would do nothing. Send it to Buriss. So, I am now getting a rma to return. I seldom complain, but optics planet sent me an email requesting my feedback in exchange for a discount......so here ya go !
