Great product - Burris Eliminator III LaserScope 4-16x50mm Rifle Scope, 1 in Tube, Second Focal Plane (SFP)

I had been hunting for a scope to hunt Aoudad and came across this one. After researching the product I decided to give it a try. I purchased a couple of weeks before the hunt and mounted on my DPMS AR-10 .308. I sighted it at 100 yds with Nosler Trophy Grade ammo and then headed to a ranch in the Palo Duro Canyon near Amarillo, TX. The canyon is steep, with a 900 ft. drop in elevation from the rim to the floor. The Aoudad are hard to track, difficult to see and generally shots are long with high angles up or down. During the hunt I shot a hog at 220 yds uphill, a hog at 300 yds. uphil, and an Aoudad at 320 yds. downhill. I was 3 for 3 and every shot was dead-on the aim point. I highly recommend this scope. The ballistics program is very easy to use and the scope very simple to operate, just touch one button, align the lighted reticle, adjust for wind and pull the trigger.
