Not a clip on - Burris BTC 50 1x50mm Thermal Clip-on Monocular

I bought the Burris thermal Clip-on Monocular as I was planning a Texas hog hunt in a couple of weeks.
I paid extra for 2 day air, but didn't receive it till 4 days after it was processed.
I opened my package only to find the clip-on thermal had no attachments to clip-on to a scope.
I called Burris customer service and was informed the attachments won't be available for at least a month.
At that time I think I am expected to purchase it. This pretty much ruined my planned hunt.
I feel like it was false advertisement to sell it as a Clip-on when it is not capable to be used as a clip-on.
I can only use it as a Monocular at this time. The price difference in Burris Monocular and the Burris Clip-on Monocular is $1000.
So at the time I paid a $1000 more than I got.
I have always liked Burris products, so this has greatly disappointed me. I think in the future they should wait to bring to market
when they have all the items to make it what they are selling. Also they should give the people that bought this product the clip-on adapters for free, since they bought the product that wasn't ready for intended use,
