Good tripod - Burris Euro Diamond Large Heavy Duty Spotting Scope Tripod

I bought this tripod to use with binoculars for astronomy and it works well for that. The head held position with a 5 Lb pair of binoculars mounted and moved around easily enough. The tripod did not come with any directions, which is not that big of a deal considering it's only a tripod. After 10 minutes of fiddling around I figured it out. I did not rate the tripod at 5 stars because this is the first full size tripod I have owned, so I can imagine some being much worse and some being better (more money though).
Pros: Sturdy and well built
Cons: No directions
