Number one feature for me was the adjustability. No need to lap rings or buy MOA base. No ring marks if you change to a different scope. or need to change the eye relief of the scope. Did not come with the correct torx wrench, but I did not need it since I used a torque wrench to tighten the screws. Pricey, but worth it.
Pros: no ring marks , adustablitiy, four screws per ring
