The first one never delivered. I call Optics Planet and they send me the replacement at no charge. The service is quick and excellent and I receive the replacement within a week. Definitely will buy from Optics Planet again. The glass is good, but I have to tighten the bolt between the two lenses because it's a little too loose, it cannot hold them at desired position. The manual stated that the cleaning cloth is included but mine is missing, and the product is made from China, the thing that I didn't expect before buying.
