Bushnell didn't stand behind product. - Bushnell Fusion 12x50mm Rangefinder Binoculars

I bought this pair of range finding binoculars from Bushnell years ago. I always handled these carefully......they were either in
their case or around my neck. I never dropped or damaged these range finding binoculars.

After a few years the range finding module just cracked and fell off.............obviously a design flaw; it is too big/heavy and not well
designed where it meets the binocular. After two returns they finally fixed them and returned them to me after trying to sell me a new
pair at a "discounted" price of a couple hundred dollars off msrp (msrp less their discount was still more than available at retail outlets).

A couple of more years down the road and the module fell off again. This time I returned twice with them saying they could not repair due
to a shortage of parts, out of warranty, etc. and returned to me twice again with no repair and the same ridiculous "discounted" offer to buy a new pair. I bought the original pair under a lifetime warranty and these should have been repaired or replaced with a new pair if no parts were available......at no charge!

I would never recommend Bushnell products to anyone again.............they have absolutely terrible customer service and will not honor
their warranty. Bushnell, if you don't agree..........prove me wrong and do the right thing by replacing these flawed range finding binoculars! The file you have on me is well documented......the $ amount to you is miniscule, but to me retired and on a fixed income, is an amount I cannot afford to spend again.
