no's Review of Bushnell Trophy TRS 1x25mm 3 MOA Red Dot Sight
I've had one of these for something like fifteen years now. It's been on a number of different rifles, both rimfire and centerfire. It always holds zero. The adjustments always track. On maximum setting it's usable in bright daylight. Some people say the field of view is narrow, by red dot standards, but I think it's fine.
The 3 MOA dot is a bit large for my tastes, especially with a magnifier, and with a magnifier above around 3x the dot becomes blurry and irregular in shape. Battery life is not amazing. There is no motion-activated feature, no automatic shutoff, no auto-adjustment for brightness, no intermittent positions on the illumination knob. The adjustments are very consistent but the clicks are sometimes mushy. And I have come to like green dots in this class of optic. But, you know, it always holds zero, and the adjustments always track. You could do a lot worse. I still use mine. I had it out this afternoon on an AR.
