Long distance only night vision - Bushnell 6x50 Equinox Z Digital Night Vision Monocular

I almost NEVER return items I buy but I had to return these. I figured I could use these to look around the yard for wild animals at night or maybe just sneak up on my kid in the dark. For anything closer than 50 yards these are not good. The field of vision is super small. Also the resolution on the LCD viewer is terrible, like another reviewer noted it was like watching a TV back in the 70s. I guess if you need to see long distances these might work for you. I replaced with the Carson Opmod DNV 1.0 which works way better for short distances (and its only about $100).
