So far I've seen dogs, deer and a skunk in my neighborhood. I've been watching the deer run through the neighborhood park which has been cool to see since I can take photos of them.
The zoom feature is nice, but I rarely use it.
The IR booster really helps. It can see pretty far away.
Not sure what the sun icon does.
Like that it's AA batteries instead of my older piece that takes the photo batteries.
Overall- I'm satisfied, especially at the price for how far I can see.
Pros: Lots of features you can't get in 1st Gen
Cons: dual focus
