Very easy to use ! Simple to set up. Quick to turn off/ on. Great view for inexpensive unit. I use it to scan fields for coyotes. It is so compact and light weight Battery life is pretty good if you use the ir1 setting. Able to see 100 yards or so with that setting pretty clear. It does not work through windshield glass or window.
