This truly is a good value for the money. Although Since I am new to astronomy, did not realize that being a reflector, everything is viewed upside down and in reverse. Still for star gazing it is amazing for size and money. There is a lens called erecting that will make this telescope useable for land based images.
Pros: features and appearance
Cons: poorly written instructions

bought this about a week ago nd use it every night that is clear. the reason for the low set up score was because i felt that the instructions could have been clearer. other then that drawback sighting the spotter scope was a bit frustrating but once it waS sighted in it was a snap to locate anything.
