I bought these for a compact, light binocular for day hikes. I never dropped them and always kept them in the case provided. The first few times I took them out and looked through them they performed as advertised. The second time I started noticing they were getting very loose to open. the third hike I went on they were so lose that they wouldn't hold in the open position to my eye width, they just went wet noodle. Then, the eyepiece fell off. Not the adjustable eye, the one that is supposed to be stationary. It was held on by the cheapest plastic threading I've ever seen. So cheap, in fact, that they wouldn't even screw back on. Even though they are $15 throw aways, they still have the Bushnell name on it...something I will have to consider not having on my next pair of binoculars!
Pros: might work for a few months
Cons: horrific made in China quality
