Windage way off - Bushnell Engage 6-24x50mm Rifle Scope

At first I was happy with the looks and the feel of the scope. Removed the old scope and put this scope right in its place not even removing the lower half of the rings. Leveled and torqued scope down, used laser to help center scope and that's when I noticed something was wrong. I had to turn the windage all the way left and still was a few inches off at 100yrds. Took off scope placed old scope back on and zeroed out no problem. I placed the new scope back on and nothing changed still could not zero out.. returning this product
