Bushnell radar gun not suitable for baseball speeds - Bushnell Speedster II Radar Speed Gun - Handheld Cordless 101900

I do NOT recommend this product. It should NOT be advertised as useful for sports applications. Very disappointing. I was NOT able to validate any of the claims made by the blurb that accompanied the product. You have to be very close to the ball to get it to register. It would easily read the speed of the ball after it was hit instead of as it was being pitched. I will never recommend this product to anyone for sports apps. It worked great on clocking car speeds, but not on clocking baseball speeds. I would never buy this product again.
Pros: Easy to turn on
Cons: Trigger function not good; does not detect many pitches; velocity is not accurate; lacks selectivity; gets easily confused between pitched balls and hit balls.
