This is the second I've owned and on both was not able to put in the metal mag well or fore stock metal liners which having shoot thousands of rounds without do not really seem to be needed although some wear is showing on the gas piston spigot as the slide is a little low without the fore stock liner when it returns to in battery position.
Very well made product have given me over 15 years of service on the first one I purchased.
