Worked great right out of the box, minimal adjustment to get zeroed in! What can I say, Sig Sauer makes incredible products, this is the most recent of many of their products I own and I have never been disappointed! Not really sure how it was modified by Opmod, aside from the FDE finish and removing the caps to the adjustment screws, it makes it a little more slimline so no complaints about that, overall I love it!
