Have not hunted with it yet but it patterns as good as advertised out of my a400 with factory full and improved mod chokes I definitely feel confident taking my set up in the field. Will write a follow up review after I use it for a season.
Bought a couple boxes of these in 1 1/8 ounce number 6 shot for my old Remington model 11 with a full choke. I never patterned it but I have taken a few flushed pheasants with it and it hits hard and cycles perfect. Turned my classic shotgun into a useful tool. If you have a 16 gauge and want to use it, this is the ammo to buy.
