During the past 40 years I have hunted with Brenneke Rottweil Shotgun Slugs, primarily in 12 Gauge caliber. Due to the Brenneke quality and effectiveness on harvesting deer, I decided to purchase their shotgun slugs in various shotgun gauge calibers. Not only have the 12 Gauge slugs been effective for me, but various YouTube videos by others, show the superior penetration of the Brenneke Shotgun Slugs with the ballistic gel tests. My field experience with the Brenneke Rottweil slugs have proven their effectiveness by passing completely through the deer, and by being extremely accurate with open shotgun bead sights. I hope these .410 slugs prove to just as effective as the 12 Gauge slugs, at reasonable ranges of 50 yards or less.
