Yep everything they say about them is right, easy to install easy to see and quick to find.. I'm not sure the orange is the one you want in the dark without tritium also in the rear . It's harder to see the orange than some other colors in the dark but if it's that dark you probably shouldn't shoot unless you have night vision and then you wouldn't need night sights anyway..

For about as cheap as a grip module for p365 comes and much better than stock.plus you can make what you have an x,xl standard .. take your pick I do get much better groups with it and there's less of that twist
