Not put together very well

This charging handle does what it says and prevents gasses from hitting you in the face ...for 5 or so rounds because after that it falls apart
the roll pins they have holding on the levers will walk out and fly across the room. This has happened 3 times now before I sourced my roll pins of a slightly larger size and seems to be working now.
I am not a professional using my AR15 in a life/death use case it just goes to training and having fun on the ranch,
however, this is marketed as a rough and tough military use case product, and if you use this on a rifle in any hard use case without dealing with the roll pins first it will fail on you.
