Aero makes fantastic free float handguards and this is easily among my favorite. slim, comfortable to grip and lightweight. I do prefer the R-ONE model for the continuous top side picatinny rail but if you don't care for that this is an excellent rail.

standard receiver at a standard price

This is a simple standard milspec upper. Nothing more, nothing less. Fit and finish on my Aero lower is nice and tight with no slop. The barrel seated nicely and barrel nut went on without any catching on the threads.

This is hands down my favorite brace to far. Lightweight, simple, clean design. The only problem is the bottom opening gets all messed up but no brace with the opening like that is immune to this flaw.

Geissele Super Duty Lower Parts Kit
parts kit is slightly nicer quality than what other basic lower kits ship out (PSA). Also I prefer Radian safety selector but overall pretty excellent kit from Geissele as always. To the tool that broke his and decided to leave a salty review, test firing without a bolt or some test jig and letting the hammer smack into the lower is just asking for damage to happen. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Don't blame others for your mistakes.

great ammo compared to steel

This is great ammo if available, it functioned flawlessly with all 9mm guns my family and I own. aluminum cased doesn't cause any of the extra wear and carbon build up like steel cased does in fact a better comparison is it felt and ran just like brass cased ammo. The only difference I notices between this and brass cased is aluminum cased ammo cant be reloaded if you're into that. Other than that it performed exactly like brass cased.
best sub $100 red dot currently

This is the best $100 red dot (except when later mentioned optics are also on sale) and I wouldn't go for anything cheaper except if theres a great sale on the Romeo 5 or a similar Vortex. I have slight astigmatism and have red and green dot versions of this optic and can confirm that the green is slightly better for me personally. My only cons for this optic is the warranty is only 5 years for the internal electronics but lifetime for the rest and theres no auto ON/OFF like the romeo 5. I would recommend the romeo 5 if you can find it for the same $100 (usually around holidays throughout the year).

probably the best mil-spec upper parts kit for the money. Cant go wrong with Aero Precision parts. Roll pin goes in nicely, dust covers isn't shaky or loose when closed and does open accidentally or when its not supposed to.

Not sure if a better safety selector exists

This is hands down the best Safety selector I have ever used. Super smooth action and optional 45/90 degree throw. Also theres a cheaper non ambidextrous version for those who don't like ambi controls.

Patience is a virtue

This is the best upper I own to date however acquiring it requires patience. When I was looking to buy a top of the line upper I was contemplating between DD, Geissele, BCM and Sons of liberty gun works. after eyeing the markets and noting nothing has been in stock for months besides DD, Geissele and Radian I decided to try my luck with radian as I am an Oregonian to support a local business. Good things come to those who wait.
