The guiseley SSA-E two stage trigger is fantastic. I usually only use single stage triggers with a 2 - 1/2 lb pull Max. This one has an extremely light first stage with a snappy 1.5-2lb second stage, with a short crispy reset. It is a bit pricey but can usually be found on sale so I would just hold off until you see one. Save me about a hundred bucks. I mostly use competition single stage cmmg triggers but the geissele is top notch

It's super intuitive, does not get in the way of normal trigger operation. Bolts right on to the existing release. Zero disassembly required. Gives you total control of the bolt hold open and release with your trigger finger.

I chose to go with the standard AR-15 model. Although I would advise spending the extra 30ish dollars & getting the H2(heavy) version. Extremely simple & easy drop in instal. The only special tool you need is an armorers wrench ( which you should have on hand anyway if you own an AR) Greatly improved cycling on BCG with noticable recoil reduction. This is why I would recommend the H2 version bc the recoil mitigation would be even better. However they do offer individual weights if you want to upgrade to the H2. Which is what I plan to do. I also recommend tuning your gas block all the way down and then easing it open bit by bit to find that sweet spot & you will be golden. The JP YouTube channel answered any questions I had about installation & has a video to walk you through step by step if you have any concerns about doing it yourself. Overall it's a great product that is built to last. It comes with a spacer for a full size rifle buffer tube or if you run a carbine tube like I do the self-contained spring is the perfect size you may just need to shim it with a quarter like they recommend on the install video.
