Best looking magazine extension for tht Smith and Wesson and it works flawlessly. I have it installed on the stock 7 round, which is now a 9 round. 9th round goes in fine, those who are having a hard time check that the bottom of the spring has fully dropped and seated into the bottom of the extension base. As for the silver gap showing, I purchased the super black touch up pen and painted the bottom half of the magazine right before base black. Thsnjs to this the minimal gap now blends in..
