I was curious to compare the C-More with my FastFire II. With appropriate mount the C-More costs considerably more than the FastFire II.
Most important for me is that the C-More dot, itself, is not as clearly defined for pinpoint accuracy as is the FastFire's.
Pros: Only one locking screw, battery change without removing from mount
