This design would be excellent if they would use an alloy or metal but instead it’s made of plastic and the first time I loaded a magazine, the pressure from the spring made the base pad fly off. The only reason I gave it any star at all is because the design is excellent if the proper materials would be used. I WOULD NOT TRUST MY LIFE WITH THIS ON MY MAGAZINE. COULD BE USED AS A RANGE EXTENSION IF THE PRICE DROPPED $15 ( I paid $24) and it ruined one of my magazines.
