A great accessory - Command Arms Accessories Caa M-16/AR-15/M-4 Picatinny Bayonet Lug Mount TM16FA1

I removed the factory front sling attachment loop on my Colt LE6920 M4 because I needed a heavy-duty swivel sling attachment for my VTAK-MK2 adjustable sling, which I installed on my M4's quad-rail handgrip bottom Picatinny rail. It worked great with that sling, keeping it from binding up like the factory attachment did. But when I decided to add a UTG Super Duty Tactical Bi-Pod to my M4, it had to go in the space on the bottom Picatinney rail where the sling swivel was mounted. Then I saw the CAA M-16/AR-15/M4 Picatinney Bayonet Lug Accessory Mount and thought it would solve my current Picatinney rail space shortage, (since I'm not anticipating hearing the command to fix bayonet on my M4 any time soon -- things haven't gotten that bad, yet). It worked like a charm and looks great! Made from strong, lightweight aircraft aluminum, the CAA M-16/AR-15/M4 Picatinney Bayonet Lug Accessory Mount is rock-solid, doesn't affect the front/rear balance of my M4, locks tightly onto the M4's bayonet lug with a good size hex screw (along with a touch of Lok-tite, for good measure, so I won't need to use the extra hex screw that comes with it), and gives me the space I need on my M4's bottom Picatinny rail to securely mount the sling swivel for my VTAK sling AND keep my UTG Bi-Pod installed. Wooo-Hooo! I love having all my "tools" back in my "toolbag", ready to use when needed!
