A great concept! - Caldwell AR-15 Mag Charger

Really a fine idea but in my opinion, could have been executed better with a few design touches....
The general design does not inspire confidence in the initial evaluation. The spring loaded feeder mechanism is not captured to a location within the system (box or cylinder it is in). When first opened and tried, the spring "spong" as is it was more like a Chinese built Jack-in-the-box rather than a tool for quickly loading potentially dangerous ammunition quickly and efficiently. I also observe areas of variance in all the movements pf the charger which can lead to jams where the ammunition might pitch to one side or the other. It appears that any quick use and movement must be practiced to make sure of any operation.
