Shipped without mounting clamp - Caldwell AR-15 Picatinny Rail Brass Catcher

Customer service couldn't just send me the missing piece. Want me to send the whole package back. And then they will send a new one. They mess up every other order these days. Customer service is hit and miss.

Cons: customer service was not easy to work with. shipped without mounting clamps. they sell spares and couldn't just ship one out. this is the third problem in 3 months. Optics Planet seems screw up every other order i place. they used to be way better. whats going on? to screw up
