Have to say that the email customer service seemed like they could give a dam about the customer. Took the shipping issue to twitter and got a great response and all was taken care of with an actual REFUND of 25%. After 14 days I finally received the product only to find it was defective. I contacted Caldwell/Battenfeld and they sent a replacement. Received it in about 4 days at it worked perfectly. Thank you to the social media group for taking care of this issue and the refunds. I will be making future purchases just won’t use the free shipping.
Pros:
  • Social media customer service Is the bestt THUMBS UP
Cons:
  • Fedex Post is the worst shipping method ever. No guarantees on an arrival date. DONT USE IT!!!
