A neccessary add-on to the caldwell rest - Caldwell Rock JR Front Rest Nest Carrying Cases 514887

If you have the Rock rest or the Rock Jr., then this case is probably the easiest way to carry and store it. I have the Rock and the legs were too wide to fit in my range bag; I got sick of placing this base on top of the bag while carrying, worrying it would fall off. I kept the thing partly disassembled, with the upper piece in my bag and the base in the closet. With the Rest Nest though, I can now keep the thing fully disassembled inside the case along with an extra rest bag, my stoney point compact rear bag, and a silicone dessicant to prevent rust. Now I just leave the filled nest in the trunk of my car and no longer have to worry about getting it all together for a range trip; totally worth it.
Pros: durable, decent price, holds a few other things for your rest
Cons: was difficult to remove the stickers, sometimes you have to work to get it to close over rest, bulky
