Overall this is perfect for what I needed. It sits on the back of my plate carrier without sticking out too far. The only modification I made was to add more loop velcro to the back so I could fit a police patch as well as a name tape.
Pros: Insulated, Low Profile, MOLLE compatible, Rugged
Cons: Not enough loop velcro for my taste
