Can't really complain and it seems to work. I've used quite a few tubes now for various harsh activities. Seems to keep me going better than a premade sports drink. And costs less too! The only downside is you must remember to vent your container of choice while it's dissolving or you'll end up with some MASSIVE pressure. I almost burst a plastic sports water bottle when I first tried them.
Pros: Portable, good flavors, price
Cons: Builds pressure in container
