Worth the money to save time and your fingers. It does catch a little on the first few hundred rounds, but after that it works pretty smoothly. Amount of force it takes to load seems like a lot, but that is all in the spring of your mag and not this product.
Pros: Saves time, Fingers, and Easy to use
Cons: Only bad is it only holds 20 rnds. So it takes 2 loadings to load 1 mag.
