I don't know how anyone could have a problem with this unit--I use a friends and was sold so I ordered one for myself.
If it were any easier it would have to be SELF LOADING--haha
I would have to say anyone who is having problems must be just a little less than mechanically able.
Pros: Works like a charm
Cons: If it held 30 rounds it would be better but I cna live with the 20
