I believe the Cammenga Tritium Wrist Compass I purchased is a functional, purpose built piece of gear that falls into the plan B category. I do not expect to find exact points and locations with it, but I do expect it to get me to and from in case my primary navigation device fails or becomes lost. I feel that for the price it is a quality product. Seems to be made of plastic/nylon. Tritium inserts are bright. Does "rattle" when moving around.
Pros:
- Points north, bright tritium inserts
Cons:
- Rattles when moving around
Best Used for:
- A plan B compass
