Bad product, bad company - Camp Chef Natural Gas Connection Kit

I purchased this product to avoid multiple trips and unknown spending at the hardware store. Once I got it I realized it did not have everything I needed and I had to pick up further attachments anyway. Upon setting it up my Camp Chef BBQ wouldn't even hold a flame. So I worked on fixing that problem to no avail. Finally a contractor friend was over doing other work and I asked him about it. It turns out the 3/8" line it comes with is insufficient. He installed a 1/2" line with all its own fittings, from the hardware store, and it worked great. Using literally no parts from this package.

After explaining all this to OpticsPlanet the told me they wouldn't accept my return because my attempts to get the product working took it over the 30 day return policy. So I now have a completely useless $50 gas line set up sitting in my garage cause I don't have the heart to throw it away so soon after buying it. Don't buy this product, dont buy from this company.
