Love using this griddle, heavy duty, good heat distribution although you have to let it warm up for a few minutes to get good distribution.Even though it is "pre seasoned" I took the extra steps to go through a true griddle seasoning.
Pros:
- well made
- Heavy Duty
- Heat distribution plates welded underneath
Cons:
- Chincy grease trap
- Grease trough is high in the middle, one end drains great (with drain hole) other end traps grease/runoff.
