Wish i could at least get a delivery estimate update - Cannon Safe Patriot P14 Fireproof Electronic Safe - 12 Gun Capacity, 59in

I ordered this safe 32 days ago. My order confirmation was sent immediately and my credit card was billed. Since then no item and no delivery estimate. I've called three times but OpticsPlanet says it's being drop shipped from the manufacturer and Cannon won't return their calls.
