Legacy Reviewer's Review of Canon 10x30 IS Compact Image Stabilized Binoculars 2897A002
These binoculars are amazing. I will never buy another pair without image stabilization.
You can spend $2000+ on binocs and not have them be as clear and easy on the eyes as these. Pressing the magic button elimates 90% of the quivering of the image, and the result not only reduces eye strain over a long glassing session but it makes it feel like the binocs are a couple higher powers of magnification than they really are.
I hand my Canon ISII's to people, have them focus on an object, THEN have them press the image stabilization button. "Wow!" is always the reaction.
Our older binoculars never get used any more and I'll never buy another pair without stabilization.
