Nothing short of amazing! - Canon 18x50 IS All Weather Image Stabilized Binoculars 4624A002

I have owned these binoculars for over five years and they are still my favorite pair. I am a photographer so optics are extremely important to me. Canon makes great cameras, but it's really all about the glass. These are as bright as can be with excellent color rendition typical of Nikon and Canon lenses. Since these have electronics (battery powered stabilization) and more moving parts than a typical pair of quality binoculars it takes some getting used to the feel of having a button to push on binoculars. It is simple enough and really steadies the image when engaged. I do hawk watches and can outspot pretty much any other binoculars with these. Also amazing at football games. The only caution I would make is that these are big and heavy. As much as my wife likes them they are just too heavy for her. They are built tough and water resistant so I take them in any weather without hesitation. These will last the rest of my life they are made so well! Absolutely worth every penny if you can appreciate how much the IS gives you.
