I bought this underwater housing for my camera to take on a vacation where I knew we would be snorkling. It was very easy to set up and to use - even my kids could use it, and you know they didn't read the instructions! One downside: the camera has an LCD screen for aligning the "shot"...well, its the nature of the situation that when you are snorkling, you are generally looking downward and the sun light is coming from behind.(!) Its tough enough just seeing the LCD, but with the housing, you are now dealing with LCD screen brightness, as well as light reflection at the surface of the housing, as well as refraction water-plastic-air-LCD screen. I found that if I dove down and could get a more horizontal camera-subject position, it worked better. Nonetheless, the housing worked very well, and quite a few (!) terrific pictures are now part of our collection, and our memories of a great vacation.
Pros: easy to use, intuitive, quality feel, worked very well
Cons: hard to see LCD screen of camera due to light reflection
