Garbage that kids can beat around - Carson Hawk Kids 30mm Beginner Field Roof Prism Binoculars

ClayR's Review of Carson Hawk Kids 30mm Beginner Field Roof Prism Binoculars
They might be fine for a child who is not old enough to use binoculars and is jealous of an older sibling that has binocs. The optical quality is very poor, you could do nearly the same with two toilet paper tubes taped together. They look and feel similar to real binoculars. My suggestion is to save your money, wait for your child to get a little older (at least 5 years old) then get a usable cheap child friendly binoculars like the leupold yosemite.
Pros:
Cheap!
Cons:
Poor optical quality
Narrow tube view
Plastic lenses
Best Used for:
Pretend play
Would Recommend:
No
