Excellent value - Carson 3D Series 8x32mm Roof Prism Binocular w/HD Optics and ED Glass

As an eyeglass wearer in conjunction with field work, I have certain personal requirements expected in optics. Eye relief, FOV, Weight are key aspects. Optical sharpness and clarity are a given. These somewhat compact binoculars were added to my high end Nikon's and two moderately priced (1 Nikon and 1 Pentax) binoculars having slightly different specifications such as magnification and objective lens size. All optic specifications for this 8x32 HD-ED Carson appear accurate. They are comfortable to hold, are clear, sharp, bright, and light; and for the eye glass wearer the 19.5mm relief is very good. The value is there and I recommend them for consideration especially over the similar Hawke ED 8x32 which are not as comfortable to hold due to the strap attachment location (despite having almost the same optic specifications).
