This magnifier is great for reading any small print or anything small that we can't see as we get older. The light makes seeing what you are magnifying even easier. The LED light is bright and can double for a flashlight in the dark. The case is well designed to protect the lens and you can use the magnifier with or without the light on. I found the 3 - 3aaa batteries to be a plus you don't have to buy expensive unique batteries and they last forever because of the LED lamp. The size is perfect for placing in multiple location, purses, fanniepacks, glove boxes, night stands, etc. this product also comes in a 3X's magnification also.i would recomend this product to anybody that has trouble seeing things. I have no cons for this product.
