On top of all I've praised this instrument an additional star is now warranted because I lost the rainguard-2 (my fault), couldn't find a new one online and, as a final attempt, contacted them directly. After supplying my address was told a new one was coming, free of charge. Unbelievable!
So if you wish to remain confident in getting a very good binocular with great backup, don't hesitate...
