Telescope review c10 n-gt newtonion reflector - Celestron Advanced C10 N-GT Newtonian Reflector Telescope 11048

I will keep this short. First the rear latitude adjustment screw broke after just using it four times and celestron wont replace the part untill I send the old one back and that could take up to 30 days, unfortunatly optics planet only has a 30 day return policy or I would have sent the entire works back, I didnt spend this money to have a new piece of equipment in the shop. However because of the bad weathter I have not had a lot of time to learn to align it but the couple of times i did and the controller tells me alignment complete it slews out of control. Many objects like galaxies are very faint and other objects such as planets are distant, not like the pictures on the celestron web site. This telescope has been so far dissapointing as has the service from optics planet and celestron. At this time I cannot recomend this product. This is my first telescope and I realize there is much to learn but I dint excpect this.
Pros: moderate deep sky viewing
Cons: vibration, difficult to align,manual does not give comlplete details of all features, no tools given for proper collmation, need to order to many extras to make this a good telescope
