Scope is great; tech support is awesome - Celestron CPC 1100 GPS XLT Computerized 11" Schmidt Cassegrain Telescope

There a lot of reviews touting how good this scope is. I have one and would fully endorse the numerous "kudo's." What is really amazing, however, is how good Celestron's technical support is - the best after-purchase support I've ever found - anywhere! They know their stuff and are very willing to go the "extra mile" with you. I've had a couple of problems with my scope and this has been my experience with them. Lots of folks make good scopes; NOBODY out does Celestron's support!
